Free introduction seminar, $25 / class, or $150 / month for unlimited

When are classes?

Mon to Sat 9am - 10pm and Sun 9am - 4pm

Is this online or in person?

lasses are in person at Nundah or online via zoom

No. We welcome complete beginners
