We welcome you and explain the meditation method in simple terms. We also address any questions you have and tailor your session to meet your needs.
🌊 Guided Meditation (35-45 min)

Sit comfortably, in an upright position, and we will guide you step-by-step. Whether it is in person at our meditation centre, or online via zoom, it is always live guiding.
It is a self reflection meditation and letting go, so you don't need to try and "stop thinking" - the method will do that work for you and we help keep your mind focused on it.

Listen, share, or ask questions - this is your time to get feedback on your session and for us to help you make sure you are on the right track.
Most people feel lighter, more at peace, and surprised at how simple and easy it is, and how interesting the self reflection discovery is.
