What does the Free Introduction to Meditation include?
During the event, you'll learn about the following:

Upon request, you will also have the chance to participate in a 10 minute guided meditation session led by one of our experienced instructors. This session is designed to help you get a feel for what meditation is like and how it can help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve overall health.
Our experienced instructors will also be available to answer any questions you may have about meditation and provide guidance on how to get started with your own practice by following our meditation course. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve your sleep, or simply find a more peaceful and mindful way of living, our instructors can help you find the right path for you.
Where is the Free Introduction to Meditation located and can I do it online?
The free introduction to meditation in Brisbane will take place at our meditation centre, located in Nundah. But if distance is an issue, then we have some good news for you! We also offer this service online over Zoom - so location is no problem (as well as our full meditation course).
