Social anxiety is something I struggled with my whole life. It used to cripple me to the point I would cry before going out and end up just staying home. Now, I have overcome much of my social anxiety because I understand what it is and where it comes from. Even so, there is still a lingering nervousness when I go out into the world to share this meditation. I know how powerful and effective it is, but sharing it with people who always seem to be endlessly busy is a challenge
