Is is an easy method that has 4 simple steps:
Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breathe for 4 seconds
Breathe out through your mouth or nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breathe for 4 seconds
It's best to do this sitting down in a comfortable position, but it also works standing up. You can repeat it several times and it will help to calm you down and give you temporary relief from stress.
