It’s made up of three key components.
1) The Life Lived
Everything you’ve absorbed through your five senses, shaping how you think and behave.
2) The Inherited Habits
The subconscious patterns passed down from your parents and ancestors.
3) The Body
Your five senses that take pictures and identifies them and this body as "me."
You Live According to What’s in Your Mind
You can only think, speak, act and live according to what you have in your mind. If you study law, you will be a lawyer. If you study architecture, you will be an architect.
If your life has been filled with failure, quitting, negativity, and self-doubt, then that’s exactly how you will continue to think, speak, act, and live - until you discard the mind itself.
On top of that, you have 10,000's of other thoughts looping around inside of your mind world that has been added into your mind from life.
When you sit to meditate and find it difficult, that inner resistance is just the “pictures” speaking. Believing you “can’t meditate” is 100% false.
